Aslains doesn't come with that level of guarantee, but as it is a) available in the mods section on the official forums (which require WG approval to post), and b) generally going to be a collection of mods also available via the official forums, all of the included mods are considered approved. The ModStation is 'curated' by WG from popular mods, and therefore comes with a guarantee that anything they include is approved and will not flag on illegal mods checks.
